Casa amplia de un solo piso, con cuatro recamaras con camas queen size, 3.5 baños, cocina equipada, sala de tv, internet inalámbrico, amplio jardín frontal, jardines laterales y trasero, sala con chimenea falsa, comedor para 8 personas y juego de jardín, muchos árboles y mucho jardín.

El jardín de la alberca cuenta con rejas que delimitan la propiedad.

Muy silencioso, cantos de aves y sonido del movimiento de los árboles el lugar está en medio de un pequeño bosque tropical.
