This bright and welcoming 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz measures 98 m² and stands out for its brightness.

It is equipped to accommodate 4–5 people and features a spacious living and dining area. The cosy sitting area in the living room invites you to linger, watch TV, or simply relax by the wood-burning stove (you’ll need to provide your own firewood). Large windows offer a beautiful view of the patio and the well-maintained garden. The spacious south-facing patio also has plenty of room for barbecuing. The spacious dining area features an open-concept kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso machine, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, washer-dryer combo) and a large dining nook, where families can enjoy playing board games together. Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge.
The hallway leads to the separate bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a TV, as well as to the shower room with an urinal and the separate children’s room with a bunk bed (lower bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m; upper bed 0.90 m x 2.00 m).
A guest bathroom is located directly adjacent to the children’s room. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, it is also suitable for people with disabilities, though unfortunately not for wheelchair users. A travel cot and a Tripp Trapp high chair are available to guests free of charge. Prices are based on 4 guests. The 5th guest pays 10.00 euros per night. This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets! Guests also have access to a parking space in the carport right next to the house.

In this holiday home on Glockenstraße, we rent out the spacious “Ostseehöhe” holiday apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor in Scharbeutz and is equipped to accommodate 4–6 people. Here, you can unwind, whether with a good book, a glass of red wine, or—in the winter—by the wood-burning stove. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped, with a TV in every room. The large terrace is equipped with a grill, and guests have access to a carport and a parking space. The beach is 800 metres away, and the bakery and supermarkets are all within easy walking distance. A well-behaved dog is welcome here.
