Ten bedrooms, an indoor pool with 20-foot ceilings and adjacent spa, an outdoor pool with surrounding gazebos, two chef's kitchens, an outdoor cinema, a bocce court, a gym, and a helicopter pad define the property. The dining room seats 22. Sleeps up to 20 guests.





THE SPACE

The indoor pool opens to an adjacent spa with sauna. Outside, the swimming pool is ringed by seven gazebos with king-size lounges and a poolside bar. An outdoor cinema, a fire feature with seating, a bocce court, and a gym complete the estate's amenities. The main dining and living area features open wood beams, a wood-burning fireplace, and a glass wine case. Two separate kitchens serve the estate — a modern guest kitchen for everyday use and a fully equipped gourmet professional kitchen for private chef experiences.
