A cosy dining area with a round table is located in the bay window.<br><br>The very modern open-concept kitchen is equipped with an oven with a built-in microwave, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer combo, and—in addition to a standard coffee maker —a Nespresso machine and all the utensils that will make any home cook’s heart sing.<br><br>From the southeast-facing balcony, furnished with tasteful wicker patio furniture, you have a beautiful view through the trees out to the Baltic Sea. <br><br>The bedroom features a comfortable 1.80m-wide Loom double bed (separate mattresses) and an additional LCD TV. The morning sun streams into the room through a floor-to-ceiling window fitted with a stretch insect screen.<br><br>The shower in the bathroom has a floor made of river pebbles for a relaxing foot massage while showering.<br><br>The entire apartment is finished with highly durable designer plank flooring—even in the bathroom—making it fully accessible. Every apartment rented to holidaymakers through our agency has a balcony or terrace.<br>For the active travellers among you, there’s space to park your bicycles—which, of course, need a break now and then—inside or next to the building. <br>Either the apartment has its own basement storage room, or an outdoor bike rack is available for guests!<br><br>In almost all of the apartments managed by our agency, you can also wash your towels, as a laundry room is available for you in the basement.<br><br>To avoid the famous summer “parking hunt” for your car near the beach, our guests can park their cars next to or inside the building. <br>Depending on which apartment is booked, an outdoor parking space or an underground parking space is included. Of course, an lift is part of the building’s modern amenities.<br><br>The ground-floor apartments feature terraces that open onto a small private garden area.
