This newly renovated 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, measuring 60 m², is located on the ground floor and is ideal for families.
It is equipped to accommodate 2–4 people and features a bright living room with a south-facing balcony.

The sofa set with two comfortable armchairs, the flat-screen TV, stereo system, CD player, and the bright, inviting dining area in the bay window all contribute to that holiday feeling.
The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with an integrated oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a Senseo coffee pod machine. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen.

You can truly unwind on the beautifully furnished south-facing balcony.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x80x200 cm), a TV, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom features a bunk bed (which can be pulled out to form a double bed, 2x80x190 cm), another TV, and a wardrobe.
The new shower room is equipped with a heated towel rack and a hair dryer.

An underground parking space is reserved for you.
This is a duplex garage (two cars park one above the other—dimensions: length 5.00 m x height 1.50 m x width 1.90 m).
Otherwise, you will have to use a public car park.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or replacements in case of malfunctions or outages).
A washing machine and dryer (for a fee), as well as a bicycle storage room, are available on the premises.
This is a non-smoking apartment.

This residential complex is located about a 20-minute walk from city centre and the beach. It features 1- to 3-room apartments from the mezzanine to the 2nd floor, which, depending on the apartment, have outdoor parking spaces or duplex underground parking spaces (not suitable for estate cars and vans). Building 21a features coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a bicycle storage room. Pets are allowed in some apartments upon request for an additional fee.

The nearest bakery, shopping options, and the town centre are about 1.5 kilometres away. The exclusive shops invite you to go shopping, and you can relax and recharge your batteries in the cosy cafés and long-established restaurants.

You can explore the designated biking and hiking trails to see if Ostholstein really consists only of wide, flat countryside. Let yourself be surprised by the cliffs, the dike, or even Holstein Switzerland.
