Welcome to this 50-square-meter, 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand. Located in a quiet residential area, the apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. Situated on the ground floor, it features two terraces—one facing south and one facing east.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV (cable TV), a stereo system, a DVD player, and a light-filled window wall.
In the open-concept kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher, an oven, an espresso machine, and a small dining area for two people.

Feel free to use the terraces—whether east- or south-facing—wonderful days in the fresh air are guaranteed here.

The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses) and an exterior roller shade.
A hair dryer is available in the shower room, and plenty of shelving provides ample storage space.

The apartment features a washing machine and a dryer.
You can use the exterior roller shades throughout the entire apartment.
A communal sauna in the basement is included.
Two bicycles are available for you in the basement and can be used free of charge (no right to a replacement in case of malfunction; use at your own risk).

A bicycle storage room and a parking space are available to you.

This is a non-smoking apartment.
Upon request, you are welcome to bring a dog (a quiet, small dog weighing up to 12 kg).

You’ll be staying in a quiet cul-de-sac, with some units featuring a terrace, balcony, or French balcony where you can breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air first thing in the morning.

The building features a sauna—a place where not only wellness holidaymakers will feel right at home. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. A parking space is, of course, reserved for you on-site.

The beach is just 800 metres away, accessible via the idyllic spa park with its small wooden bridges. Bakeries and the town centre are a 10–15-minute walk away. Here you’ll find many chic shops, good restaurants, and cosy bars.
