Wir haben die Wohnung im Zeitraum vom Samstag 29.11.25 bis Samstag 06.12.25 gemietet. Wir können die Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Die Wohnung wurde mit mehr als 26 °C völlig überheizt vorgefunden. Daran konnte / wollte die Apartment-Vermittlung Wongels bzw. der Vermieter in den folgenden 7 Tagen nichts ändern, obwohl es mehrere Versuche zur Abhilfe des Mangels gab. Fünf Wochen später teilte uns der Vermieter mit, er es gäbe keinen Grund zur Beanstandung, da er ja zeitnah den Mangel behoben hätte. Der Mangel wurde aber nicht in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes behoben und wohl auch nicht danach. Nachfolgende Mieter berichten ebenfalls von „dauerhaft zu hohen Raumtemperaturen“. (vgl. Bewertung von Bernd J. vom Jan 2026 ).

Eine Anleitung, wie die Heizung zu bedienen ist, wäre hilfreich, da wir uns die Funktionsweise nicht erschließen konnten, und es daher dauerhaft zu warm war. Für längere Aufenthalte fehlt allerdings Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für kürzere Aufenthalte benötigt. Die Lage zum Hafen ist prima, man ist auch schnell am Strand.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Begrüßung bei der Ankunft, im Büro, war schon sehr nett. Weiter so Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, in der Küche war alles vorhanden. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt . Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe und sogar der Bäcker ganz in der Nähe.
