The house can be reached in 20 minutes from the Lugano Nord exit and is conveniently located for excursions to the Italian Lakes.
It is a detached house with stunning views of Lake Lugano and the surrounding mountains.
A terrace with comfortable garden furniture invites you to read, sunbathing and barbecues.
In addition, the house is located in a quiet cul de sac and offers a parking space for their car right on the property.
Inside the house there are two double bedrooms with double bed or Sofa bed, and a bathroom including a washing machine.
The living / dining room is like the other rooms furnished with tasteful Italian wooden furniture and has a stereo, a television with satellite system and a gas stove, it can be snug and warm in the winter and autumn. In addition, you can enjoy both the sofa and the dining table a great panoramic view.
The small but functional kitchen is equipped with a dreiflammigen gas stove and refrigerator with freezer.

Nice cottage, beautiful surroundings

We had a great vacation. The private beach area by the lake was ideal!! Only 5 minute walk from the house. There were several nice restaurants at walking distance and we visited some beautiful waterfalls during our stay. Also a visit to the Alprose chocolat factory/museum/shop was worth the while. The house is a bit small, but we were outside all the time anyway. The beds and shower are perfect! I sure recomend this place!

L'héberger nous a laissé venir dans un logement sans eau chaude alors qu'il savait que cela ne fonctionnait pas.Le chauffe eau était HS et il a été réparé au bout de jours. Vacances complÚtement gùchées dans l'attente de réparation, le tout avec une ado ! Nous avons acheté des ventilateurs pour mettre dans les chambres. Le comble, un remboursement de seulement 90 euros sur le montant total pour ce désagrément !

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Ein wunderschöner Sommerurlaub

Wir waren 14 Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Und wir waren von der gesamten Umgebung begeistert. Hier kann man viel unternehmen. Ein Supermarkt ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. MĂŒckenspray fĂŒr draußen sollte man nicht vergessen.

Une belle vue sur le lac

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour d'une semaine, mais au mois d'octobre il ne fait plus si chaud et n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement du jardin pour lire et farniente. Alors nous avons fait de trĂšs belles promenades le long du lac. La maison est fonctionnelle, la cuisine est un peu petite de mĂȘme que la salle de bain. les deux chambres sont bien amĂ©nagĂ©es.

Schöner Ort, schöne Gegend, nettes HÀuschen

Wir haben eine Woche im August in dem kleinen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Umgebung und der Privatstrand (mit Schwimminsel) sind sehr, sehr schön und touristisch nicht ĂŒberlaufen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Leider war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht sehr sauber, oberflĂ€chlich war alles ok, nur bei genauerem Hinsehen (unter den Matratzen, in den Ecken, in SchrĂ€nken) lies die Sauberkeit zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Ein Hinweis an den Vermieter blieb leider unbeantwortet. Die Elektrik des Hauses ist auch grenzwertig, in der KĂŒche war keine der 2 Steckdosen mehr nutzbar (aus der Wand gelöst, Adapter durchgeschmort). Der Garten des Hauses war leider auch sehr ungepflegt, was den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse etwas beeintrĂ€chtigt hat. Leider fehlen auch Informationen zur Umgebung und Karten o.Ă€., keine Empfehlungen zu SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten. Das ist sehr schade. Weiterhin sollte man im Inserat informiert werden, dass kein WLAN oder Ähnliches zur VerfĂŒgung steht - in der heutigen Zeit wichtig, finde ich. Die Insektenschutzgitter vor den Fenstern waren löchrig wie KĂ€se oder nicht vorhanden. Somit war es leider auch schwierig nachts Luft in die RĂ€ume zu lassen - bei sommerlichen Temperaturen schwierig. Die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet, hat alles was mach braucht und noch viel mehr. Ist klein, aber fĂŒr einen Koch ausreichend. Wir haben eine gute Zeit gehabt und waren von der Gegend und dem See sehr angetan. Unseren Kindern hat es auch sehr gefallen.

schön gelegenes Haus

Schön gelegenes Haus, großes GrundstĂŒck, gute Parkmöglichkeit im eingezĂ€unten GrundstĂŒck die Inneneinrichtung ist schlicht aber funktional, leider fiel das warme Wasser 3 Tage aus, konnten nur kalt duschen, mussten mit dem Heizungsunternehmen Kontakt aufnehmen und auf diesen warten und wĂ€hrend der Reparatur anwesend sein, mit dem Vermieter sind wir ĂŒber eine EntschĂ€digung noch nicht ĂŒbereingekommen, da dieser noch kein Angebot gemacht hat und wir noch nichts gefordert haben. Eine Heizung gibt es nur im Wohnbereich, was manchmal nach dem Duschen im Bad, zur kalten Jahreszeit, unangenehm ist, sonst von der Lage hervorragend und wir genossen die Ruhe in dem Wohnviertel, tolle Terrasse, Restaurants und Eisdiele zu Fuß zu erreichen, umliegende Highlights sind direkt vor der HaustĂŒre, auf Fahrradfahren E-Bike ist perfekt möglich. Der Vermieter, mit welchem wir öfters telefonierten ist sehr nett und er findet bestimmt noch eine Möglichkeit die Unannehmlichkeiten auszugleichen

Schönes Haus mit kleinem Garten

Ich war im August mit meiner Tochter in diesem Haus und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft und der Blick runter zum See unbezahlbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Vacances avec bébé au lac de Lugano

+: maisonnette bien placée avec une vue magnifique sur le lac de Lugano. Cuisine petite mais bien équipée et fonctionnelle. PiÚce principale agréable et les lits sont trÚs grands ! -: salle de bain vraiment petite et les lits étant fixés, il restait trÚs peu de place dans les chambres pour un lit parapluie pour bébé. Pas d'informations touristiques disponibles et les instructions pour les ordures sont uniquement en allemand. Il y a donc quelques défauts mais nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maisonnette. Attention le linge de maison n'est pas fourni (cela inclus les draps, les serviettes, les torchons et les tapis de bain).

Klein aber fein

Das kleine aber sehr charmante Ferienhaus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Quartier in einer Sackgasse. Auch der Parkplatz im GrundstĂŒck wussten wir sehr zu schĂ€tzen. Im Haus findet man alles was man so benötigt. Die kleine Terrasse mit grossem Garten, laden mit dem schönen Seeblick zum Verweilen ein. Der Privat Strand ist zu Fuss in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar. Es war schön im See zu Baden oder an diesem entlang zu laufen. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Ich möchte den Gastgebern danken, dass alles so Reibungslos funktioniert hatte. Fragen wurden immer schnell und freundlich Beantwortet. Danke fĂŒr die schöne Zeit.

Una cassetta intima

Equipement de base, mais suffisant et conforme à la description! Petit jardinet intime dans un quartier calme dans l'ensemble. Nous avons rejoint Ponte Tresa a pied le long du lac en 30 minutes, plusieurs fois malgré les 32 degrés de ce début juillet. Avec notre scooter nous avons pu nous rendre facilement sur les rives des deux lacs voisins, Majeur et CÎme. Et depuis Varese, nous sommes allé à Milan par le train... Pour le reste, devions nous battre avec les zanzare alla serata!

Es gibt keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Keine GĂ€stemappe fĂŒr Funktionen im Haus. Grosses MĂŒllproblem. Nur 1 Gastherme im Wohnzimmer. Keine Heizung im Bad. Ausstattung hat den Charme der 60er Jahre. Aber GrundstĂŒck und Lage sind sehr schön.

Bella, comoda e bellissimo giardino

Villetta molto carina e luminosa, perfetta per un soggiorno con famiglia! Dalla bella vetrata sul giardino si vede anche il lago, distante due minuti a piedi. Molto bello e sfruttabile il giardino, ottimo per bimbi e animali. La spiaggia privata Ăš il pontile sono perfetti per godersi sole e bagni nel lago! Centro del paese distante neanche 10 minuti a piedi, davvero carino.

Kleines HÀuschen, schön und ruhig gelegen

Wer den Luganer See kennt, weiß es zu schĂ€tzen, dass es einen gemeinsam mit anderen GĂ€sten genĂŒtzten Privatstrand gibt mit einem tollen Steg gibt ( Hunde dĂŒrfen allerdings nicht einmal durchlaufen). Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Sachgasse, ein klitzekleines StĂŒckchen See ist auch zu sehen, die Ausstattung ist prima, aber alles auf kleinstem Raum.
