This high-quality 3-room apartment, lovingly furnished by the owners, is located on the ground floor of the Monusse Boid residential complex, which was completed in 2019.
The open and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a cosy dining area, invites you to linger and enjoy yourself. From the adjacent, spacious living area, you can step out onto the balcony. Here, you can enjoy the view of the Breitenberg stretching all the way to the Kienberg, plan a hike or two, or simply take in the Allgäu mountain scenery.
In the bedrooms, you’ll rest comfortably at night in box-spring beds. The kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms are equipped with modern air conditioning that can be controlled separately for each room. This holiday rental features a large bathroom, and thanks to the separate toilet, there’s no morning rush. The apartment includes two underground parking spaces in the basement, a storage area for bicycles, and a laundry room.

The total price includes final cleaning as well as bed linens and towels. If you’re staying with us for more than ten nights, you’re eligible for a free towel and bed linen change. Please schedule an appointment with us for this.

Completed in October 2019, this complex offers 10 unique, top-of-the-line holiday apartments in a stunning location in Pfronten-Ösch. The “Monusse Boid” complex consists of three buildings: “Haus Breitenberg,” “Haus Edelsberg,” and “Haus Falkenstein,” which are connected via the underground car park. Each building has a separate entrance, but you can easily access the other apartments within the complex via the underground car park. Each apartment comes with its own underground parking space, which you can use free of charge. The ceiling height of the underground garage is 2.00 m. You can also store your bicycles in the underground garage. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the basement of Haus Breitenberg.
