Villa Anna is located in the front row, right on the Ahlbeck beach promenade. The building has been extensively renovated and furnished. Apartment 10, which is 52 m² in size, is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The apartment features a living room with a double sofa bed (comfortable at 180 cm x 200 cm), a bedroom with a double bed, and a fully equipped separate kitchen with a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower stall. From the spacious, south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a view over the rooftops of Ahlbeck.

A parking space is available in the building’s own duplex garage (max. height 1.50 metres, max. length 5.00 metres), as well as free Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.


Property:

Villa Anna is centrally located in the first row directly on the Ahlbeck beach promenade and is therefore just a stone’s throw from the "beach" and the town centre. It has been extensively renovated and furnished.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht und ist wirklich Strandnah. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, genauso wie die Promenade. Das einzige, was wir zu bemängeln haben, ist, dass es wirklich wenig Steckdosen gibt. (Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau ist)
