We have a cozy pet friendly home with a water view, a great outdoor area and plenty of space for you to relax and unwind. You'll enjoy the peaceful mornings with coffee on the patio. Or a relaxing evening with your favorite beverage.

The Loft on Waterbury is close to downtown Russells Point and minutes from many bars and restaurants as well as the Moundwood Boat Ramp. We are in close vicinity to Mad River Mountain, Piatt Castles, Ohio Caverns and historic downtown Bellefontaine. We hope you find our place ideal for you and your guests. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure to only lock the smart lock deadbolt upon exiting. The bottom knob lock doesn't need locked.
Make sure the fire pit and grill covers are put back on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events.
No smoking allowed inside the property.
Two pet maximum allowed (dogs or cats only).

Why they chose this property

This property is located in a quiet subdivision of Waterbury. It has a beautiful outdoor area with a water view from the front of the house. It is close to downtown Russells Point and most of the bars and restaurants. Moundwood boat ramp is within two miles. If you visit us in the winter, we are only fifteen minutes to Mad River Mountain. We are close vicinity to the historic downtown Bellefontaine, Ohio Caverns, Piatt Castles and Logan County Airport. Come see what the Indian Lake region has to offer.
