Great place! The location was perfect, easy to access and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Great location. Very nice apartment. Very clean. Owner was quick to message back regarding questions. I would definitely stay here again. Was able to walk to a conference downtown which was my goal staying here. I did not have a car so I cannot speak to ease of parking.

Well located with super comfy bedsAll very clean with 2 lovely bathrooms Very quiet too so good restful sleepHowever we really struggled with accessing the apartment as too complicated after a long overseas flight!

Good Stay! Spacious space! Secure entry through Open app! A few more amenities wouldd be appreciated (bar of soap for showers, dresser or hangers in closet, etc). Trash chute right near elevator needed to use and the smell was horrible. Easy walking to capitol, stadium, and 6th street and very quick Uber to Rainey street area. Big plus was no required duties when leaving (no starting dishwasher or laundry, no stripping beds) Easy Exit!

It was great overall. The apartment was large and comfortable. The location is perfect for the shows we were attending. We had to reach out to the host about accessing the rental because we never received instructions. I don't know if there was wifi , there were no instructions, but we didn't need it. You have to download an app to unlock doors and if you turn your phone off (which we had to do at the shows we went to) the app logs you off. We cleaned up before we left but there were no instructions on what they wanted done. The location was the best part and there is so much to do within walking distance.

After a little back-and-forth with check-in details, we enjoyed our stay at David’s flat. It was perfect for two ppl traveling together as the bedrooms are separated by a large living area and each has an en-suite full bath, so each is very private. While the unit has all the essentials-full kitchen, laundry, etc., you will need to provide your own supplies. Pool area is nice and can be a bit noisy on the weekends but it was manageable. Balcony overlooks the pool. We were there UT move-in weekend for fall semester and parking did fill up on Saturday night. Luckily we snagged one of the last spots! Building security overall is very good and parking area is covered and secure. Very convenient to UT, capitol, downtown, and SoCo. Overall an excellent choice and good value vs a hotel or other s-t rentals that we considered. Would stay again

Nice property and unit, nicely equipped kitchen and plenty of space and privacy. Easy to access through mobile app and free parking on property. The pool was a nice touch to stay cool in the Austin heat. Location was great and super walkable to 6th and 4th, as well as plenty of good dining around.
