Timmendorfer Strand

Zunächst zum Wetter: Traumhaft schöne Woche. Zum Ort selbst: Schöner Ort mit schönen Lokalen, einem sehr schönen Strand und tollen Möglichkeiten mit dem Fahrrad (E-Bike) schöne Touren zu machen. Zur Unterkunft: Die Wohnung (Verwaltung durch die Meerbett GmbH, Scharbeutz) war groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das betraf auch die Tiefgarage und vor allem den Fahrradkeller, der mit Rädern vollgestellt war, die allem Anschein nach seit Jahren nicht mehr genutzt wurden. Der Balkon zwar gefegt, das Balkongeländer aber seit längerem nicht mehr richtig gereinigt und voller Spinnweben. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon fielen fast auseinander und man konnte nur mit einem Handtuch als Auflage darauf sitzen. Die Balkontür ließ sich zwar öffnen, geriet dabei aber aus den Angeln, und ließ sich dann auch nicht mehr verschließen. Dieser Mangel konnte dann nach 4 Tagen zumindest teilweise behoben werden. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, allerdings war unter den aufgelegten Polstern (Kunstleder) des Sofas auch schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht worden. Die Toiletten-Bürste: Einfach ekelhaft. Schade eigentlich. Der Urlaub hätte so schön sein können. Zur Kommunikation mit der Meerbett GmbH: Im Vorfeld gab es es ständig neue Informationen per Mail, was positiv war. Vorort konnten wir Mitarbeiter telefonisch sehr gut erreichen. Für den Mangel mit der Balkontür wurden ohne Nachfrage 70 Euro erstattet.
