The “Victoria” apartment complex is quiet yet centrally located on a hillside above the idyllic fishing and recreational boat harbor of the city of Sassnitz.
In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the city center with its numerous shopping options, as well as the harbor, the beach promenade, and the Old Town with its many dining options—or even the Jasmund National Park with its many hiking trails and chalk cliffs.
The residential complex consists of 3 detached houses with several apartments. The very well-maintained complex features an underground parking garage and storage space for your bicycles.

The bright living area features laminate flooring, a sofa area, and a dining area, inviting you to unwind after a day by the water. Bedding and towels are provided, as well as a starter kit and laundry service. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use (for a fee—coin-operated machines).

If you’re looking for a sandy beach, you’ll find one about 8 km away. The surrounding area offers boat trips, walks, jogging, Nordic walking, hiking, cycling, and mountain biking—as well as swimming and water sports; golf enthusiasts will find a course about 12 km away. Children are welcome—a comfortable vacation home for relaxing days on the coast of Sassnitz.
