This new and high-quality furnished holiday apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed (200 × 180), as well as a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, plus a hair dryer.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and everything else you might need. Bed linens, towels, and tea towels are also provided upon your arrival.



In addition, there is a bright living area with a kitchen, a lounge area, and a dining table, as well as a large south-facing balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the Baltic Sea air. We’re happy to provide a cot and a high chair.



Access to the apartment is via contactless self-check-in. There is also an lift in the stairwell that takes you to the apartments on the upper floors.



Our holiday apartments at the city harbour are located directly above the Sassnitz city harbour and just a few metres from the Baltic Sea.

The building houses 7 modern, individually and tastefully furnished 2- and 3-room apartments, as well as a penthouse apartment. All apartments feature separate living rooms and bedrooms, large bathrooms with walk-in showers, toilets, and bathtubs, a fully equipped modern kitchen in the living room, and a terrace or balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea.

Hotel-quality beds with high-quality orthopedic mattresses in all apartments ensure excellent sleeping comfort. All rooms feature an impressive open-concept layout that is harmoniously coordinated with the furnishings and accentuated by carefully selected artwork and decorative objects.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the apartments; it is only allowed on the balconies or terraces.
