A North Sea vacation with the whole family: This 3-room vacation apartment offers 87 m² of space and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The cozy interior, dominated by shades of brown, creates a comfortable atmosphere with rustic charm. Thanks to its prime location, our guests can reach the beach or the Kugelbake in just a few minutes on foot. Trips to the harbor or the “Alte Liebe” are also easily accessible. The highlight of this vacation rental in Cuxhaven is the on-site wellness area, complete with a swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. Use of these facilities is completely free for our guests.

The apartment is not equipped with bed linens and towels; these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

Balcony/Terrace
In the loggia, guests can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and the view toward the Elbe River at any time.

Special Features
If you have any questions, our staff at the front desk is available 365 days a year. During the summer months of 2026, guests staying in this vacation rental will also have their own beach chair at their disposal. A parking space in the underground garage is also included in the price.

Wir kommen schon seit über 10 Jahren in die Kurparkresidenz, immer in unterschiedliche Wohnungen. ..

Wir kommen schon seit über 10 Jahren in die Kurparkresidenz, immer in unterschiedliche Wohnungen. Die 118 ist besonders gut ausgestattet: eine Vielzahl an Geschirr, Töpfen, Gläsern,... auch Backpapier, Kaffeefilter, Salz, Zucker waren vorhanden. Im Abstellraum stehen Wäschetrockner, Klammern, Bügeleisen, Sandspielzeug, Reisebettchen,... Außerdem ist eine Vielzahl an Büchern und Spielen vorhanden. Die Aussicht nach vorne, durch die breite Fensterfront, ist sehr schön.

Es handelt sich um eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung (umfangreiche Geschirr-und Küchenausstattung). Die Nutzung des Schwimmbades, ein fest zugeordneter Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und das Vorhandensein eines Strandkorbes sind ein weitere Pluspunkte. Die Strandnähe und der Minimarkt im Haus (frische Brötchen) sind vorteilhaft. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser schönen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns mit drei Erwachsenen und einem Hund ist diese Wohnung nahezu perfekt. Insbesondere für unsere gehbehinderte 84jährige Mutter sind die großen Räumlichkeiten und der barrierefreie Zugang zur Wohnung sehr angenehm. Wir können das App. 118 wärmstens als Domizil für einen entspannten Urlaub empfehlen.

Die Kurparkresidenz ist seit Jahren unsere Adresse wenn wir Urlaub im Norden machen!Wir finden das Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Schwimmbad, Sauna, Bäcker (im Minimarkt) Aufzug, Tiefgaragenstellplatz und die Nähe zum Strand erstklassig und würden nie in ein anderes Haus gehen. Die Wohnungen sind ,nach Gusto, unterschiedlich eingerichtet und kann entsprechend ausgesucht werden. Wir hatten diesmal die 118, die neu renoviert ist, sehr gut ausgestattet und mit der riesigen Fensterfront Richtung Deich liegt. Sehr schön-vielen Dank an die Vermieter, dass die Wohnung so geschmackvoll eingerichtet wurde und zum verweilen einlädt..
