Guests must comply with Bayside at Bethany Lakes (BBL) community rules posted in the condo, community, and clubhouse. Violations may result in fines.
At least ten (10) days prior to arrival, guests must pre-pay the $200 flat fee in order to use BBL amenities such as pools, gym, tennis courts, etc.
Multiple staircases required for home access. Towels not provided. No smoking/vaping or candles. Rental agreement required within 48 hrs. of booking.
