The 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome offers ample interior space including 2 living spaces, a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with gas range and gorgeous granite countertops kitchen, a cozy gas fireplace..

The space is perfect for socializing, watching TV, or just sneaking off with a cup of coffee or tea and a good book. On the back, screened porch, enjoy quiet mornings, listening to the fountain as you sip a freshly made cup of pour over coffee or enjoy an evening outside playing games and cooking out with a gas grill. For sleeping options, you'll find four spacious bedrooms here, all of which are located on the second floor, including three with en suite baths.

The centerpiece of the community is the 15,000 ft clubhouse – formerly the Old Mill Crab House. This beautifully renovated building houses an indoor pool and hot tub, a first class fitness center, game room (billiards/ ping pong/video game), a bar, great room, kitchen and library with WiFi. It is a great place to unwind at the end of the day and watch the sunset over the bay. Although it is very, very rare, on occasion either of the pools may have to be closed for repairs and there is no guarantee they will be open during your stay.

Bethany Beach Boardwalk is under 2 miles away, where you can enjoy sand, sun, and fun!
