Hi, my name is Julia and I am the owner of this fantastic beach rancher. I have spent most of my life in Brigantine. I enjoy allowing others to experience the beauty of nearby surf and sand as I did growing up here. I hope you get a taste of what this great island has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This great beach rancher was my parents. Therefore this was the only neighborhood I knew growing up. I always enjoyed the sound and smell of the warm ocean breeze nearby. It was very soothing and reminded me that everything was alright. The quaintness of brigantine is what won me over and why I still remain in the area.

What makes this property unique

This properties location to the beach makes it stand out from the rest. Just a couple minutes walk to the corner and youre on the beach! The close proximity makes it easy to go back to the house for lunch or whatever and be back on the beach in no time! Its only a one block walk to La Scala Beach Bar and a few blocks to central Brig for shopping and more restaurants. This is a true beach rancher, no fancy elevators or mansions here. Spending summer days and nights on ground level is the absolute best way to experience it all!
