Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable apartment block "L'Alberca". Outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 20 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 250 m, bus stop 20 m, sandy beach "Els Molins" 20 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, sailing school 50 m. Nearby attractions: Kunz Cycling Holidays 500 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lieu parfait pour la famille
Sejour parfait. L'appartement est très propre et bien pour une famille de 4 personnes. Très calme en journée comme le soir.
La piscine est adaptée pour mes enfants.
La plage est vraiment au pied de la residence.
Nous reviendrons à coup sûr si le prix n'augmente pas. (Le prix de la semaine un peu élevé reste le seul petit bémol)
