The open floor plan provides plenty of space to enjoy time with family and friends. It is located 1 mile from the beach, and walking distance to the clubhouse, gym, and pool area that has a zero-edge entry, lazy river, waterslide and splash pad. There is also a community kayak launch with easy access to the Albemarle Sound.
