Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure the propane tanks are in the OFF position for the BBQ and Fire Table
Set the SPA temperature to 97 for resting energy conservation and ensure the cover is closed with clips and velcro fastened securely.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please always leave the SPA cover closed when not in use to keep the heat in and the dirt out, Keep the temp at 97 when not in use. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay here at the blue rabbit ranch! The house was very beautiful and clean.Host was amazing with everything prepared for me beforehand making for an easy check in experience. Also very responsive from start to finish.Would recommend and hope to visit again!

I have been drawn to this location for most of my life, from the regular treks to Joshua Tree National Park, the road trips through here on my way to the Southwest to visit my elders, Pioneertown, Pappy and Harriets captivated me to purchase this land, and build this house, in honor of my elders, who are with me in spirit up here, from the mojave gaps many layers of mountains, glowing to sunset each day up here.

Why they chose this property

Pioneertown is a magical gathering space for tribes of eclectic people, diverse artisans, bikers, free spirits, nomads, musicians, creatives align with the majestic beauty all around us, this is a happy place where epic memories are made!

What makes this property unique

This home is a 5 minute walk to historic Pioneertown Mane Street, a 1947 western movie set. The 360 degree mountains form the backdrop for many old westerns. While we relish the history here, the Pappy and Harriets Pioneertown Palace has captured our hearts, and maybe our souls, for some of the best and most magical memories with friends and family. The home is perched above the town, with iconic sunrises, moonsets and dark starry nights. Resting on the front porch, one melts into the serenity of this space. Truly amazing spot, for sure!
