Inside, vaulted ceilings open up the main living level into one airy, light-filled space. The living room is set up for easy lounging after a long day on the water, with deep seating and big windows that pull the outside in. The kitchen runs the length of the room — fully equipped, with a generous island and bar seating that doubles as a casual breakfast spot. A separate dining table seats the whole crew when it's time to plate up the day's catch, and there's a second high-top table by the windows for card games, sunset cocktails, or whoever doesn't want to leave the view.

The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bath, tucked away for end-of-day quiet. The two additional bedrooms each offer a pair of queen beds — ideal for families splitting up the kids, or couples traveling together who want their own space. Parking accommodates up to four vehicles in the driveway, with room to bring the boat trailer along.
