With its ideal layout, this 3-room holiday apartment spans 56 square metres and features two bedrooms, a large living and dining area, and a bathroom. The living area is furnished with a dining table for four and a modern sofa. The covered balcony, facing southeast, will quickly become your favourite spot. Enjoy the view of the greenery and the surrounding area here while having breakfast or dinner, or relax here at the end of a day at the beach. The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and is fully equipped so that you can be completely self-sufficient if you wish. A 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are provided. The layout of the worktop offers plenty of workspace for meal prep or cooking together. With two bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for families with children. Your four-legged friend is also welcome. The larger of the two bedrooms features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m sleeping area) and a spacious closet. A cot is available for the youngest guests.
