You’ll love the dining table and the high-quality kitchen area, which features an electric range with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven (with convection, etc.), a refrigerator (with freezer compartment), microwave (without grill or convection), dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, and glasses for 6 people will appeal to you. You’ll also find a bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor. The washing machine is located next to the gas water heater in the utility room. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor. There’s the blue room, the red room with an additional flat-screen TV on the wall, and the large, bright bathroom with a shower, two sinks, and a towel warmer. The house is located on a quiet street in the Ording area. From the house, you can reach the seawall in a 2-minute walk, so Ording Beach is practically right
at your doorstep. Shopping and restaurants are also within a few minutes’ walk.

Starting in March 2026, there will be several construction sites in the area, which may cause noise disturbances.
