Quiet Private Suite Near MetLife Stadium

Welcome to our private guest suite in Union, New Jersey — a comfortable and family-friendly space conveniently located near New York City and MetLife Stadium. Whether you are visiting for a stadium event, sightseeing, shopping, or simply looking for a quiet and affordable alternative to staying in NYC, we aim to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming experience.

The suite has its own private entrance, allowing guests to come and go comfortably during their stay. The space is part of a single-family split-level home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The host family lives upstairs in the main part of the home.

The suite comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and includes:

1 private bedroom with 1 bed
1 full-size sofa bed in the living area

There is also an additional couch available that may work for an extra guest if needed, although the suite is designed and listed for up to 4 guests to ensure comfort.

The neighborhood is quiet, residential, and family-friendly while still offering convenient access to many attractions and transportation options. Guests can enjoy a variety of nearby restaurants offering food from many different cultures and cuisines.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access only to the guest suite and its separate entrance. Access includes the bedroom, living area, bathroom, and kitchenette area shown in the listing photos.

To help maintain privacy and safety for everyone on the property, guests do not have access to:

Main house
Front yard
Backyard
Driveway
Other private areas of the property

Accessibility:
Please note that the suite is not ADA accessible. Guests must go down 4 indoor residential steps to enter the main suite area. The stairs are standard home stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or heavy luggage.

Noise Notice:
The host family lives upstairs, including children and 2 friendly dogs. Guests may occasionally hear normal household sounds such as footsteps, children playing, or dogs barking during the day.

Pets:
Two friendly dogs live on the property with the host family. Guests are not expected to interact with the pets, as they remain in the family’s private living areas, although guests may occasionally see or hear them during their stay.

House Rules:
To help maintain a peaceful, clean, and respectful environment for everyone, we kindly ask guests to follow these rules:

No smoking anywhere on the property
No vaping or e-cigarettes
No illegal drugs
No parties or events
No excessive noise or loud music
Quiet hours after 10 PM
Registered guests only
No pets allowed

Security:
For safety and property monitoring, exterior security cameras are installed at the front driveway, side hallway, and backyard/back door areas. Cameras record video only outside the property. No cameras are located inside the guest suite or private interior spaces.

Guest Communication:
We want our guests to feel comfortable and supported during their stay. We are available through the VRBO messaging system if you need assistance, have questions, or need recommendations during your visit. Since we live on the property, we may also be available in person if needed. If we are away from home, we are always just a message away and happy to help however we can.
