This place was awesome. It’s so close to the beach, only a few mins drive. The house is very clean. Homey but also feels like a getaway. Dorothy is an elite host! So many nice touches throughout.

Property was very nice. Conveniently located 8 min from the beach and the downtown area. Lots of parking Host had notes to navigate the property. From how to use the AC and the hot tub. Host had beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, and even toys for kids to use. The place was very nice and cozy. Cons: Only a few here. Upon arrival there were a couple of dead bugs in the property. (Inside shower, kitchen floor) We also did not use the amazing looking hot tub as it had a few instructions that came with it and we did not feel comfortable. That said. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Nice small home with patio, hot tub and BBQ. Close to shopping and restaurants and a nice park across the street for pets. Recently renovated home with a few items left to complete; door trim and some trim paint. Overall, great place to stay.

Now that I have moved to Florida, I would like to provide the same for my short term rental guests with all the perks of beach life in what I consider the most vibrant, beautiful beach area in Florida.

Why they chose this property

This is an established community with many parks and the one across the street has pickleball, tennis, baseball, exercise equipment and more. There is plenty of parking on and off the property. There is a museum, stores, dog parks, community center, and within a mile or two the arts district of new Smyrna with shops and all kinds of food and the Inter Coastal waterway. Turn east on Canal Street to get there. If you turn east on Washington Street, you will head to the beach as you drive past more shops, boating, fishing, sun, and surf. We are not right on the beach, which gives a measure of safety from storms, but being approximately 1-2 miles away, you will still be in the heart of the grander of New Smyrna Beach.

What makes this property unique

This property has been completely remodeled with up new kitchen, appliances, jetted tub, deck, hot tub, outdoor pool shower, and new air conditioners. The neighbors are wonderful and fun to talk with too. It sounds small but lives big. It is a good sized property with plenty of parking, which is a real plus in the area. This community has everything needed to make your stay relaxing and worthwhile, even if you never went to the beach.
