Leider haben die installierten TV-GerĂ€te einen miserablen Klang, der durch die Benutzer leider nicht entschieden verbessert werden kann. Die Lage zum Godewind-Park hin, hat einiges fĂŒr sich. Das Haus ist gut gedĂ€mmt, so dass NachbargerĂ€usche kein Thema sind. Dies trifft leider nicht auf die AußengerĂ€usche zu, die durch das ĂŒppige Verkehrsgeschehen auf den Straßen vor dem Haus merkbar dominiert werden. Da leidet die Erholung.
