A particular highlight is the covered loggia with a sunny, southwest-facing location; here you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze and plenty of sunshine all day long, well into the evening. In addition, the modern apartment features a second, separate bathroom as well as a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The Location
This exclusive and light-filled apartment is located on the third floor in the southwest-facing west wing of the building. The Baltic Sea is practically right on your doorstep—the fine-sand beach, stretching for kilometres, is just 300 metres away. Here you’ll also find the beach promenade and the popular 60-meter-long pier, as well as the beach terrace and the pirate playground. Enjoy a fantastic view of the “big ships” passing by and the sea. By the way, Lübeck Bay is considered a sailing paradise! Barrier-free access ensures easy reach to the promenade and the spa beach.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, as well as attractive recreational activities, sights, and destinations for day trips. Hiking trails and bike routes, sailing schools, beautiful golf courses, and a variety of events such as the popular Promenade Festival, the sand sculpture exhibition, or the Autumn Kite and Seaside Resort Festival.

You can spend relaxing hours on the covered loggia, which is furnished with outdoor furniture. The loggia is accessible from the living area.
