The apartment faces northeast and is located on the 3rd floor of Building 2 in the popular Seehof apartment complex—nestled between the ocean and the lake.

Amenities
The holiday apartment, which includes Wi-Fi, features a combined living room and bedroom with a seating area, a double bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The modern bathroom includes a shower and toilet.
This non-smoking apartment includes a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, convection oven with induction cooktop, microwave, egg cooker, dishwasher, and freezer compartment.

Special features
Pets are welcome in this apartment.
For a fee, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the building. An ironing board and iron are available for shared use in the laundry room. The complex features a sauna, which is available to you daily starting at 5:00 p.m. free of charge.

A parking space assigned to your apartment in the building’s underground garage—which features a double-parking system and height restriction—can be booked for an additional fee.
