The Location
This modern holiday apartment faces northwest and is located on the ground floor of the villa complex. The expansive sandy beach and the promenade are just a few metres away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Recreational activities such as the seawater recreational pool, the tennis centre, and the surf school are all within easy walking distance.


Amenities This accessible apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and oven. The living/sleeping area is furnished with a double bed and a large flat-screen TV. The modern and bright bathroom features a large walk-in shower as well as a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. You can relax wonderfully on the terrace and enjoy the sun until evening.
