The modern holiday apartment is located on the southwest-facing basement level of the villa complex. The expansive sandy beach and the promenade are just a few metres away. Also ideal for dog owners! In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Recreational activities such as the seawater recreational pool, the tennis centre, or the surf school are all within easy walking distance.


Amenities This barrier-free apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen. The kitchen includes, among other things, a freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, and oven. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower and a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. The modern bedroom has a double bed, and the living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a double sleeper sofa. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. A cot can be provided for a fee. After a relaxing day on holiday, you can unwind on either of the two terraces. The apartment is equipped with patio furniture for 4 people. A beach chair is available on one of the terraces for sunbathing sheltered from the wind.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. A washing machine and dryer, as well as secure storage for bicycles, are located in the basement of your building and are available for your use free of charge.
At the neighbouring Aparthotel Anna Düne, you’ll find the uniquely located Friesenjung restaurant (operated by an external provider). Here, you can treat yourself to culinary delights while enjoying a wonderful view of the North Sea.
