This 3-bedroom farmhouse is perfectly situated in the center of the U.S. with easy access to the Kansas City International Airport. Whether you are visiting for the World Cup or for work or to see the area our farmhouse gives you a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the metro while still having easy access to what the greater KC area has to offer. Easy access to three interstate highways giving direct paths Arrowhead stadium, Downtown Kansas City, Saint Joseph MO and Lawrence KS and all points in between. Featuring 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, it comfortably welcomes guests looking for a peaceful retreat. We are in the country, about 7 miles from the airport, 5 miles to grocery stores and world class Bar-B-Cue. We are expecting to welcome an international crowd from the World Cup but we have amenities many properties do not have that we can negotiate; namely room for work trucks or trailers, room for dogs or even a camper or RV. We are centrally located for a mini-construction boom around the airport and Smithville Missouri.

We have WIFI and smart TV’s to keep you connected with the world.

The bathroom includes a shower and a hair dryer and washer and dryer at the house for convenience. Inside, guests find a cozy space with heating and air conditioning to keep the atmosphere just right. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet moments indoors, this phenomenal farmhouse offers a warm and inviting stay. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Kansas City and our farmhouse has to offer.

Great place to stay for a quiet and private getaway but still close to Kansas City for activities. Fun trails at the Smithville Lake just down the road. Host was responsive and friendly. Loved the quality pans and knives in the kitchen. Look forward to a return trip!
