78 Euro Reinigungsgebühr !!!
Hallo, unser Aufenthalt in Seedorf war wirklich sehr schön. Der ÖPNV ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung und das ein oder andere Lokal im Ort ist schnell erreicht.
Die Wohnung ist für den Mietpreis völlig in Ordnung. Das Haus selber benötigt mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Es wirkt sehr verwohnt.
Aber:
für 78 Euro Reinigungsgebühr erwartet man ein sauberes Feriendomizil. Leider war es für diese Summe wohl nicht möglich.
Die Abzugshaube der Wohnküche sowie der ganze Wohnraum stinkt nach einer Mischung aus unzähligen zubereiteten Mahlzeiten und altem Abwaschwasser.
Der Teppich im Wohnbereich hat Rückstände von unbeschreiblichen Flecken und Staubflusen. Die Küchenschranktüren sind im Griffbereich von einer Dreckschicht belegt.
Wir haben versucht mit den vor Ort befindlichen Staubsauggerät den Teppich wenigstens von den Flusen zu befreien. Leider ohne Erfolg. Offenbar hat dieses Gerät seine besten Tage auch schon hinter sich.
Dies waren und sind die Eindrücke die beim betreten der Wohnung sofort ins Auge und in die Nase traten bzw. treten.
Abschließend noch ein positiver Punkt. Das Badezimmer war von der Ausstattung, der Zustandes und der Sauberkeit in Ordnung.
Ein Tipp an den Vermieter..
Vernünftiges Reinigungsequipment und regelmäßiges tauschen der Filter in der Abzugshaube sowie die ein oder andere Kontrolle würden die Qualität der Ferienwohnung auf einen Standard heben, den die Zusatzkosten zum Mietpreis entspricht.
