Prisoners in paradise

We stayed when the virus closings began. Couldn’t pick a better place to be shut in. The house and pool were delightful. Beautiful view from every angle in the back. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mini vacation

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was so peaceful. The home was perfect and there was plenty of privacy. Grocery stores were found whichever way you decided to go. Plenty of things to do from mini golf to being at the beach. So many restaurants to choose from. Definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Fantastic property, well kept and clean.

We had an amazing experience. Very clean and well-maintained property. Management company was responsive in addressing the only issue, which was a refrigerator repair identified at check in. Pool was wonderful and amazing view of canal. Quiet and safe neighborhood and close to most stores and restaurants. Took the bikes out for a long ride. Also 15 minutes away from Kayak rentals in the Gulf. We will be back. Ed

Liebe Familie Wulf/Seppmann, vielen Dank, dass wir in Ihrem schönen Haus wohnen durften. Das Bett war sehr bequem, man hat wie auf einer Wolke geschlafen. Der Ausblick ein Traum. Man kann Stunden damit verbringen, auf das Wasser zu schauen. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Check in mit Herrn Fuchs hat prima geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Herzliche Grüße

Türe auf und wohlfühlen!

Ein wirkliches Topobjekt, entspricht genau der Beschreibung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist in rauhen Mengen vorhanden, Geschirr, Besteck, Handtücher, Pool-/ Strandtücher, Grill, TV, Highspeed WLAN (nicht nur angeschrieben, sondern auch vorhanden) etc… Auch die Kommunikation mit den Ownern war sehr gut, unkompliziert und freundlich. Also wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten! Vielen Dank!

älteres Haus, wunderschöne Lage

Das Haus steht an einer sehr guten Lage. Das Pooldeck war dreckig als wir ankamen. Leider ging das Garagentor kaputt, wir hatten Glück dass weder Personen noch Fahrzeug zu Schaden gekommen sind darum mussten wir zum Schluss vor die Eingangstüre fahren um unsere 35Kilo Koffer einladen zu können. Alle weiteren verbesserungswürdigen Vorschläge wurden direkt an den Besitzer geschickt, ich hätte mir schon wenigstens ein Danke für unsere Extrameilen erhofft wie zB. die vorgefundene verstopfte Toilette die wir entstopft haben. Leider musste ich feststellen dass mein Feedback gar nicht gut ankam was mir leid tut.

Hallo Herr Lanz schade das ihnen der Aufenthalt in unserem Haus nicht gefallen hat. Das ein Garagentor mal kaputt geht, da kann niemand etwas für, aber wenn dann mit dem Auto über den Rasen und Sprengleranlage die zwei Meter bis zur Haustür gefahren wird ist eine frechheit. Ich werde die Sprinkleranlage auf Schäden prüfen lassen. Das mit der Toiletten hätten Sie dem Verwalter melden können und so lange die anderen beiden WC nutzen können. Mit dem Poolbereich der war vorher durch einen Handymann gereinigt worden. Wie ich hörte haben Sie ihre Unterhosen ja auch vorschriftsmäßig auch in unserer Küche auf dem Küchentresen getrocknet! Und ausserdem die lose Farbe auf dem Kapitänswalk mit den Füßen runtergetreten Danke dafür!

Amazing vacation in Cape Coral

The house was lovely! Spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet! The kitchen was great for making all of our meals. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable! Having a private pool and patio with a view of water was great! We enjoyed swimming in the pool. We couldn’t figure out where the pool temperature gauge was to increase the temp of the pool, but we didn’t really need it. It was nice to swim in as is:) We wanted to relax and the house was the perfect place. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing in Cape Coral

Our family enjoyed staying in this home and would do so again. The home is beautiful and offers all the comforts of being away from your own home. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and swimming in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and we certainly enjoyed the reclining seats in the living room.

Amazing vacation

The place, property owners and surrounding areas were great. Can't say enough about how nice it was there. As our trip was coming to an end, a family emergency came up along with cancelled/delayed flights. The property owners were so accommodating, allowing us to stay till all issues were resolved. 10 out 10!

Perfect fit for us

Our family came to Florida for a week long travel baseball tournament and this property was exactly what we were looking for and exactly as described. On arrival, we found that one of the toilets would not flush. Both the owner and the property manager responded and the toilet was repaired. My only negative was not with the property but the time of year we visited Florida. Due to the high humidity in July, we could not enjoy the lovely pool or view as much as we would have liked to. If we return in the fall, I would choose this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive. The layout of the home was great. The view was amazing. As stated in previous reviews, the property does need some renovations., but we enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful.
