The Space:

Perched across the street from the historic Grove Park Inn, this charming retreat boasts easy access to all that Asheville has to offer. It is also home to spectacular mountain and wilderness views. Don't forget to pack your binoculars, as you may spot wild turkeys, hawks, and even black bears in the distance. You'll appreciate the peace and privacy of being in a quiet neighborhood while still being just a quick drive away from downtown Asheville.



Inside your retreat, lounge in the spacious main living area where a soft sofa and large TV await your enjoyment. The adjacent dining table is perfect for board game nights or dining on take-out. The mini-fridge and coffee maker allow you to store beverages or leftovers and enjoy your coffee or tea on the deck.



Relaxation is vital during your getaway! Enjoy the sunsets from the deck, crawl under the soft bedding in the bedroom for a cozy nights sleep. There is air conditioning throughout the home so you can tune it to your liking.

  • Please note that access to the rental involves a brick walkway that passes by the main house, followed by a set of wooden steps without a handrail.
  • Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).
  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

    Hot tub was great. Size of rental was perfect for us. The AC worked well. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, but the price was right. Location was great. All in all I would recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay (but know you will be dealing with a sore back).
