This historic loft apartment affords a walkable locale just two blocks from iconic Pack Square. Specialty wine and chocolate shops can be found just around the corner. Notable attractions like the Asheville Pinball Museum, Basilica of Saint Lawrence, and Appalachian Craft Center are all within a short stroll. The Biltmore Estate is only five miles from your front door. The apartment is also a great home base for day trips to hiking and marveling at the gorgeous Appalachian scenery. Beautifully renovated, your vacation rental features gorgeous details like exposed brick, high ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The main living area showcases the space's historic details and cozy ambiance. This social space is furnished with a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a TV. A den offers even more room to entertain. Relax on two plush chairs and watch movies on the 32-inch TV with a DVD player. Whip up tasty dishes in the updated kitchen, detailed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy ample counter space for all of your cooking needs. When your delicious creations are ready, dine together at the wooden table with seating for up to four. Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and cable TV.

    We had a great time visiting over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We walked out the door and were within 5 minutes of all the main shops, restaurants, and attractions (drum circle park)! The loft itself was cool, had. Great space, and was very comfortable.

    Annual Asheville Jaunt

    Have stayed at this condo five or six times now. Itā€™s quaint and serves our every need while in Asheville. Well located and is kind of quirky but we love it. Weā€™re out on the town most of the time or exploring the countryside or enjoying the locals at the Foggy Mountain Brew Pub next door.

    Charming old brick vibe, 20 foot ceilings, perfect for 2 couples to enjoy Ashville. Breweries, restaurants, shops all within walking distance.
