Condominium in the heart of downtown Asheville. This ADA accessible 2 king bedroom, 2 bath unit has all the premium amenities you can imagine, including a cozy corner reading nook in the main bedroom, a luxe kitchen with a large island, dining area, living room, and balcony with west-facing mountain views. Wide doorways accommodate wheelchairs and the large Master Bath has a walk-in shower with bench and grab bars. Living room includes a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. There is one dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere.

Almost a perfect place to stay

Our condo was very spacious and clean. The parking was inside a locked parking garage. The front entrance is the lobby that is also locked and safe! This looks like a brand new building, beds were perfect, bathrooms were gorgeous, and the kitchen was also beautiful! This building is right across from the bus station which is where a lot of the homeless people live/hangout all day and night. They are very loud and argue everyday and night. When we were outside waiting for our lyft nobody ever bothered us though. Another issue that we had was the smell inside the hallways and stairways was awful. The sushi restaurant is in the same building next to the front lobby. It smells like fried fish SO bad. Even with some issues, I would stay here again.

Top notch property and great proximity to downtown locales

We enjoyed our long weekend, from the food and entertainment, to the proximity to the Visitor's Center, where we caught the trolley ride without any advance reservation. The Botanical Garden was close by, a museum right up the street, and the River Arts district was a short drive. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I'm sad to see the River Arts district struggling to get the devastation cleaned up and rebuilt, but they are working hard at it. Visit them and help them out with your business!

Condo was very nice and comfortable! It was also exceptionally clean and communication with property manager very easy using the VRBO app. Location was good, close to downtown and Biltmore. Sadly our visit was cut short due to approaching hurricane Helene but hope to visit again soon.

Great location in Asheville

We loved everything about our stay. We walked to everything except for a short drive to the Grove Park Inn for a day visit and meal. We especially appreciate the private and secure parking garage included with our stay. We visit Asheville often and hope to stay again in the future.

Wonderful time in Asheville

This property was the most clean and convenient place we have ever stayed. It was an easy walk to restaurants and stores. Very short drive to the Biltmore too. I would definitely book this property again. Usually when you go somewhere, the family room furniture is not comfortable. All the furniture was top quality. Slept like a baby.
