    The house was as it was pictured, but could use a repair/clean up. The rocking chair out front had a broken arm, dishwasher handle was broken, air hockey table did not seem to function, etc. Location was convenient and served our family’s needs. One bed was okay but the other two were very firm and pillows were very thin. Only after sleeping on the sheets did we realize almost all of them have stains. The carpet downstairs could definitely use a deep cleaning as well.

    Nice little spot overall. Few little improvements that could be done - blackout curtains in the master and maybe some fans in bedrooms. Besides that it’s very close to everything, about 15 min from biltmore/downtown. Great for a small group getaway

    My friends and I spent the whole summer working at a summer camp and this house was the perfect way to end our time together before they went back to Australia and Florida. Plenty of space and rooms to accommodate the four of us and just all around everything that you need for a quiet getaway!
