Studio 'Podere Nuti – L'Eccezione' with Exclusive Rooftop Terrace, Pool & Shared Garden

Podere Nuti is a farmhouse with five independent apartments. The garden, sunbathing area, barbecue, and pool are shared among the five apartments and the owners, who live on-site and are very discreet. The pool is open from May to October 20, from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, and is not heated. Wi-Fi is available outdoors in the common areas; it is not accessible inside the apartments.



"Podere Nuti – L'Eccezione Studio" is a 45 m² attic apartment on the second floor. It features a kitchen-living area with a sleeping zone and double bed, two separate attic alcoves each with a single bed, and one bathroom. It is ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Amenities include air conditioning and a baby cot.



This apartment has exclusive access to a covered rooftop terrace with a table and 4 chairs, reserved for guests staying here. In the shared area, you will find a large garden, barbecue, children's play area, and a sunbathing space next to the pool.



We are in Cecina, about a 10-minute drive from the sea: Cecina Mare offers beach clubs and restaurants, while the long free beach of Mare Donoratico is nearby. Acqua Village water park is 15 minutes away, and shops are 10 minutes away. Florence and Siena are about 90 minutes by car, Volterra 50, and Pisa International Airport 60. The property has private on-site parking for one car. E-bike charging is available for an extra fee. Pets are allowed for an extra fee and have plenty of space to roam.



As a vacation rental, cleaning is provided at the end of your stay. Linen and towel changes are available on request during your stay for an extra fee. Security cameras are present in the shared outdoor areas.
