A new job has taken me elsewhere for the time being, so I opened my home up to guest such as you. The pool is my favorite part of the house as well as the yard and trees. We have a lot birds which I always enjoy watching. I hope you enjoy the kitchen too and please let me know if it is missing anything you would find helpful.

Why they chose this property

I love Feather Sound. It so perfectly located. Only 15 minutes to the Tampa airport or 5 minutes to the St. Pete - Clearwater airport. It is a very quiet neighborhood, but only 15 minutes to downtown, Tampa, St. Petersburg, or Clearwater. All the beaches are around 20 minutes away, depending on which ones you select.

What makes this property unique

This property is a terrific place for someone with a boat. There is plenty of room in the side parking court for one, all behind a secure gate. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of pool safe drink ware as well as glass wine glasses, etc. All rooms have TVs as well as the Lanai and Living Room, which is 85".
