It offers a beautiful view of the town of Barban, Sutivanac, Prnjani and Mount Učka. The other side of Puntera offers a view of the Raša River valley and Raška Bay.
Villa Tai offers a peaceful retreat from the hectic life of the 21st century, yet is well positioned as a base from which to visit all the delights that Istria has to offer. Ideal for two couples or families with children. The place is quiet but not far from everything you might need: the town of Barban (where you can find a pharmacy, bank, pizzeria, gas station, etc.). It is only 2 km away from the nearest beach in the Blaz bay and close to Rakalj, Krnica, Duga uvala, Kavran and Pula.
The private outdoor pool and the large property with great extras create a place of relaxation, away from the tourist crowds on the outskirts of the small village of Puntera.
After a 15-minute drive you will reach Labin, where you have the choice of different large supermarkets. In Labin there are traditional restaurants where you can spoil yourself deliciously. You can find a beautiful pebble beach in Rabac, not far from Labin. Along the east coast you otherwise have a selection of natural bays and rocky beaches. The Cape Kamenjak Nature Park found here is a snorkeling paradise and has a wide range of beach sections, such as sandy or rocky beaches.
