Carla was amazing and incredibly responsive. Our original VRBO fell through, and I was so stressed we wouldn't find a place in time. Carla immediately confirmed she got our request and provided information about the cute town and places to eat. Aunt Netters Cafe was amazing for breakfast and lunch. The property is out in the country, and we really enjoyed the quiet, but we could get to Lawrence in about 20 minutes. The house was fabulous and a total hit with the family. I'm so thankful that we were able to stay there and it really made our trip a success! Highly recommend!

This property is beautiful. Lots of room for a big family. We stayed with our parents and adult children and grandchildren. The porches were such a nice place to sit and visit. We also loved all the open space. Rooms were set up nicely with options for kids. The dirt road to the property was walkable/joggable and there were a lot of deer on early mornings. Easy drive into Topeka or Lawrence. Also, we were able to get a Walmart delivery even though it’s just outside of town. Lastly, the host was so kind and responsive!! We definitely recommend the property for large families or a few couples visiting the area!
