This holiday apartment is in Vercana and is about 2km from the beach.

Outside there are two balconies, affording a great view of the lake. One of the two balconies is accessible from the kitchen and suitable for dining outdoors. There is also a third balcony with a mountain view.

The apartment of around 70m² is on the third floor and has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a bedroom with a bunk bed (80 x 190cm) and a single bed (80 x 190cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a living room. The living room includes a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment has heating throughout. The ground floor has a grocery shop. In Vercana you can find further shops, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The beach is about a five-minute drive or 15-minute walk away. You can enjoy various water sports here, or go on hikes and cycle tours. It is easy to get to tourist towns such as Como, Bellagio, Menaggio, Lugano and Sankt Moritz by bus or by boat. There is a luxurious golf course about 25km away in Menaggio. Valmasino and Bromio have thermal baths.

There are free public parking spaces about 20 metres from the apartment.
