Ich hatte einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und super zentral zum Strand und in die Stadt. Der Schwimmbad- und Saunabereich ist total gepflegt und man kann dort gut entspannen bis in den spĂ€ten Abend. Die Wohnung hatte fĂŒr mich alles, was man braucht. Ich hatte keine langen Wege zum Schwimmbad oder Eingang. Der einzige Nachteil wĂ€re die Nordseite, keine Terrasse und direkt am Haupteingang. Jeder muss an diese Wohnung vorbei und kann reinschauen. Mich hat es nicht gestört, da ich im Januar hier war, sowieso selten die Sonne schien und ich im Winter keine Terrasse benötige. Preis Leistung stimmte ĂŒberein. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Man ist in KĂŒrze am Meer oder am Bahnhof. Die Ausstattung im Haus mit Schwimmbad und Sauna ist auch klasse. Desweiteren gibt es gebĂŒhrenpflichtige Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Wohnung liegt im EG neben Eingang und Aufzug. Sie ist sehr praktisch geschnitten und recht großzĂŒgig. Insgesamt brĂ€uchte sie ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen.

Wir haben Probleme mit den TiefgarageneinstellplĂ€tzen. Bereits im Vorjahr konnten wir den vorgesehenen Parkplatz nur nutzen, weil der Nachbar draußen geparkt hatte. Dieses Jahr konnten wir gar nicht auf die Duplexeinheit einparken.
