Das Objekt befindet sich am Schilfgürtel des Bodden, sehr ruhig gelegen, in die Natur eingebunden, einschließlich Wasserbüffelblick. Daher gibt es natürlich sehr viele Insekten. Nur leider keine Fliegengitter. Wahrscheinlich deshalb auch keine Outdoorliegestühle. Das Objekt wird aufgrund der wunderschönen Fensterfronten sehr warm, lüften unmöglich, sonst wird man von tausenden Mücken attackiert, wie schade...
