Cape Cod Retreat - Quiet, Clean, Family-Friendly
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in South Dennis. Minutes from beaches, hikes, Cape Cod rail trail, restaurants, fishing, kayaking. Close to Harwich Port Ferry to Nantucket. Perfect for quiet family retreats, outdoor shower, comfortable outside space with a grill and fenced in yard. Classic cape style home with newly renovated basement for extra sleeping space and half bath. Everything you might need for a comfortable stay.
The space
We are a new listing and we are committed to providing our guests with a 5 star experience! The house is professionally cleaned. We have a handyman who is on call 24-7.
Our house also comes with some Cape Cod, summer by the sea extras, such as:
- Two kayaks
- Clamming equipment (be sure to check local laws!)
- A large lobster pot
- A hot and cold outdoor shower
Guest access
Guests have the entire house, back deck, and back yard.
