Apartment No. 3 is located on the ground floor of the beautiful Residenz Bellevue apartment complex at Heimweg 7, 17454 Zinnowitz. This architecturally sophisticated, high-quality apartment complex is situated in a scenic location.
The beach and the centre of Zinnowitz are just a few minutes’ walk away.
 
At the Residenz Bellevue residential complex, we rent out exclusive holiday apartments (Apartment 3, Apartment 6, Apartment 9, Apartment 13, Apartment 14, Apartment 23, Apartment 30, Apartment 32, Apartment 33, Apartment 34, Apartment 36, Apartment 38, Apartment 39, Apartment 43, Apartment 49, Apartment 59).

Holiday Rental 3, ground floor, 3-Room, Zinnowitz:

• Holiday rental for 2–5 people, including a toddler (approx. 86 m²), on the 1st floor with a living and dining room, bedroom, children’s room, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies.

• Guests may use DSL internet access via Wi-Fi free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service on our part and therefore not a guaranteed feature of the holiday rental under travel law. Consequently, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of a failure of the system or parts thereof, or of a router.

• Children’s playground on the property of the residential complex

• 1 parking space for 1 car (No. 3) in the residential complex’s underground garage

• Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

• Charging batteries (e.g., for electric bicycles) is permitted only under constant supervision and in the presence of an adult (fire and explosion hazard).





• We offer a spacious 3-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor, suitable for 4 adults plus 1 toddler.



• The two balconies face south and are furnished with patio chairs and a table.

• The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm) for 2 people, a wardrobe, and a desk.

• The children’s room has two single beds for 2 people (each approx. 90 x 200 cm), 2 nightstands, a wardrobe, and a table with chairs.

• Large living and dining room with a sofa and 3 armchairs, a dining table with chairs, a dining room cabinet, a chest of drawers, cable TV, and a CD player/radio alarm clock.

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.

• Bathroom with toilet, bathtub, towel warmer, washing machine, and dryer.

• Baby equipment (cot, high chair). The tenant must provide their own linens for the cot.

• 1 parking space (No. 3) in the underground garage.



Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
