Pleasant stay

Very good place to relax, just a minute from the beach. The apartment has everything you need to spend a pleasant stay, The area is very quiet, with limited catering facilities. Free parking in front of the door. The owner is always very friendly and attentive.

Sehr saubere Wohnung in erster Strandlinie mit tollem Blick

Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin sehr freundlich begrüßt und in die Details dieser sehr sauberen Wohnung eingeführt. Der Blick ist wunderbar, der Balkon ist überdacht, so dass man dort vor Regen geschützt sitzen kann. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin während des Aufenthaltes war sehr angenehm.

L’appartement idéal pour des vacances face à la Méditerranée

L’appartement correspond en tout point au descriptif et la vue sur la plage et la mer Méditerranée sont inégalables . Tous les équipements fonctionnent parfaitement. Seul bémol : la climatisation du séjour n’est pas diffusée dans les chambres il faut compter une bonne heure pour qu’un peu de frais soit ressenti et pour cela les portes doivent rester ouvertes. Le budget électricité peut très vite exploser les jours de grand chaud. Pour les économes, nous conseillons de prévoir un ventilateur par chambre pour éviter le tout climatisation. Enfin, merci à Hilde pour la qualité de son accueil, qui a été parfait. Nous recommandons cette location !

Je vous remercie pour votre gentille évaluation. Le bugget d'électricité mis à disposition pour la consommation a été suffisant, aucun paiement supplémentaire n'a été nécessaire. Cela s'explique aussi par le fait qu'une climatisation ultramoderne et peu gourmande en électricité de la société DAIKIN a été installée cette année. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l’appartement d’Hilde qui s’est montrée disponible et à l’écoute quand nous avions besoin d’elle. Appartement très bien situé, face à la mer, conforme à l’annonce et aux photos, propreté irréprochable et, chose non négligeable, la literie est d’excellente qualité. Journées rythmées par la mer, très belle piscine dans la résidence, tout pour des vacances réussies. Je n’ai regretté qu’une chose: ne pas être restée un mois. Apartamento perfecto en primera línea de playa

Hemos pasado 8 días en el maravilloso apartamento de Hilde mi hijita de 2 años mi mami, mi marido, yo y nuestra perrita. El trato con Hilde ha sido maravilloso desde el primer momento y ha sido super amable y nos ha puesto todo facilidades El apartamento simplemente perfecto! No le falta ni el más mínimo detalle, la limpieza perfecta y las vistas desde la terraza al mar no tienen precio! Y el dormir por la noche sin ningún ruido solo arropados por la brisa del mar y el sonido de las olas ha sido súper relajante. La urbanización muy tranquila, perfecta para vacaciones en familia 🙂. Por otra parte la piscina comunitaria tanto la de mayores como la de niños está muy bien para los días en los que la playa no nos regaló la bandera verde. Si Hilde nos acepta por supuesto que estaremos encantados de volver alojarnos en este maravilloso apartamento. Un millón de gracias Hilde por habernos ayudado a q nuestras vacaciones hayan sido así de buenas y perfectas 😃.

Toller Urlaub!

Die Vermieterin hat uns bereits im Vorfeld kontaktiert, uns herzlich Empfangen und war immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat eine Traumhafte Lage in erster Reihe direkt am Strand. Uns hat gut gefallen, dass es an diesem Strandabschnitt - trotz Hochsaison - nicht so überlaufen war. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist sensationell. Alles in allem war dies ein toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung. Preis und Leistung stimmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir hatten wiederholt sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in Playa de Piles. Die einzigartige Lage ist unübertrefflich. Die tolle Anlage und auch die gepflegte Wohnung hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns rundherum wohlgefühlt haben. Unsere Vermieter sind stets für uns dagewesen und hatten für alles ein offenes Ohr. L'accueil bienveillant et la disponibilité de Hilde , la situation de l'appartement dans un environnement paisible et magique ont participé à la réussite de notre séjour à Piles. Für erholsame Urlaube

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern im Alter von 9 und 11 Jahren) hatten einen wunderschönenen erholsamen Badeurlaub. Die Bilder halten was sie versprechen. Der Strand und das Meer sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und beides sehr sauber. Es eignet sich gut für Wind- und Kite-Surfen, Stand-Up Paddle, Kajak und Joggen. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt und nicht überlaufen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt und ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

Besser gehts nicht.....

Wir haben das zweite Mal in 2 Jahren die Wohnung gebucht - und siehe da, die für uns schon perfekte Ausstattung hatte sich noch ein wenig gebessert: zur Strandlage, der Wohnungsausstattung und den netten Vermietern kam jetzt noch (im Preis inbegriffen) Internet per WLAN dazu. Klasse und es wird nicht der letzte Urlaub in dieser Wohnung sein!

Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber. Der Pool, sowie die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist ideal, da sich das Meer nur wenige Schritte gegenüber befindet. Der Ort ist super um die Ruhe zu genießen, mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Hilde und Manfred sind super freundliche Vermieter, die darauf bedacht sind, das alles in Ordnung ist.

Das Meer vor der Tür

Wir waren 2 Wochen im April in dieser FeWo mit Meerblick. In der modern eingerichteten Wohnung ist alles vorzufinden, was das Herz begehrt. Man kann tolle Aussicht auf das Meer genießen. Die FeWo ist sauber, ordentlich und sehr pflegeleicht, alles am richtigen Ort! Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend, nett und jederzeit erreichbar, da sie nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt wohnen. Wir können diese Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. liebe Grüße Ursula und Andreas

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen für einen ruhigen, entspannten Strandurlaub. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und die Wohnung sehr komfortabel ausgestattet.
