Just 6 km away lies the town of Rabac, known for its beautiful pebble beaches, crystal-clear sea, and views of Kvarner Bay and the islands.
In the middle of this magnificent garden is a 50 m² pool with an outdoor shower and lounge chairs.
Villa Merula is the perfect accommodation for two families or a group of friends. The interior, with its touch of Provence in Istria, is designed to offer guests maximum comfort.

VILLA:
The interior of the villa covers 130 m². Between the interior and exterior is a covered terrace with a barbecue fireplace that seats 6 people. Here you can relax and dine outdoors while enjoying the panoramic ocean view.
* Ground Floor
On the ground floor is the large living room with an LCD TV and a dining area for 6 people adjacent to the open, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer combo, microwave, coffee maker...) kitchen. On this level, you’ll also find a guest bathroom with a shower, a coat closet, and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.
* ground floor
On the 1st floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with a stylish bathroom featuring a bathtub and air conditioning. Between the two rooms, on the open gallery, a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) provides sleeping space for two children. All rooms have direct access to the terrace, which features seating and a wonderful view of the sea.
* Outdoor Area
The fully fenced property features a 9x6m trapezoidal pool with hydromassage, two different depth levels, and wide steps for easy entry.
Pool heating can be added to your reservation request. A payment of 230.00 € per week is required on site for this service.
You’ll also find an outdoor shower, exclusive patio furniture, lounge chairs, and two umbrellas. The parking area, which features a lockable gate, has space for 2 cars.
